hello to everybody who has found this part of the website. i understand that it doesn't navigate correctly & that i don't have SSL & stuff at the moment, but now that i know this works, i can work on those things in due time.
for some reason i have always wanted to run a website with a forum. i don't really know why or how i expected to control the chaos, maybe it's because i'm getting old, but when i was growing up this sort of thing was all the rage online. this was where the party began.
i don't mean just on a chanlike imageboard, either, because i would have just as easily installed phpbb3 if i was a buffoon. it was a fun challenge for me to set this up, & i believe it will be a nice place to put posts on the internet, but i also don't think many people will use it except for myself. i suppose i will try to engage people with it regardless.
one thing i am particularly worried about is that people may not understand how to use tripcodes, so i will reply to this with a screenshot from
